Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has been appointed as United’s interim manager for the remainder of the season and his first game will be against his former club Cardiff City on Saturday. In his first interview with the club since taking charge, Solskjaer admitted that Pogba will be given a clean slate following his multiple bust-ups with Mourinho. ‘Of course, you look at a couple of the performances – I’ve seen the last few games – but you look at the team, you pick the team now and you move on,’ he said. ‘They’ll all get chances.’
