The superstar, who welcomed twins Rumi and Sir Carter back in June, looked chic in a simple yet sexy grey suede dress. She edged up the look with an animal print Louis Vuitton bag and a pair of clear heels.
The star, who was sporting extra long hair extenstions and a pair of sunglasses, kept her head down as
she was escorted into a building by a pair of huge minders.
