Songwriters Sue Taylor Swift For 'Theft'

Taylor Swift has a new headache on her hands! The 27-year-old singer is being sued by Sean Hall and Nathan Butler, a pair of songwriters who say the Grammy-winning beauty lifted as much as 20 percent of their song Playas Gon' Play for her 2014 hit Shake it Off, TMZ reports.

Both Hall and Butler are veteran music industry professionals, as Hall has worked with Justin Bieber and Pink, while Butler's done work for the Backstreet Boys and Victoria Beckham, among others.

A rep for Taylor later responded to the claims as they told the publication: 'This is a ridiculous claim
and nothing more than a money grab. The law is simple and clear. They do not have a case.'
